Me & My Grownup - Age 2

This is the youngest class that H2H offers.  It is a half hour long and requires parent participation.  Students are introduced to the lingo of gymnastics and work on strengthening, coordination, and balance.  They also begin to learn the most basic gymnastics skills like rolls and handstands.

Tiny Tumblers - Age 3

This class is 45 minutes long and is a transitional class for our students to learn to work more independently.  Parents are still welcome, but their participation is not required.  The focus moves from basic coordination and balance toward learning more specific gymnastic body positions and skills.

Fantastic Fours - Age 4

This class is 45 minutes long and parent participation is not allowed.  Students refine the skills they already have and start to do more skills without a spot.  Parents can expect handstands to start looking like real handstands and cartwheels to look more like actual cartwheels during this class.

Kinder Tumblers - Kindergarten students

This class is a transition from our kindergarten program to our recreational program.   The class is an hour long and acclimates students to the format used in school-age classes.  Part of the time is spent in the preschool gym and part in the big gym.  Students master the most basic skills like rolls and start to work on the most advanced beginner skills like bridges and tick tocks.  Children graduating from this class will be well-prepared to enter Beginner Class.

Elite Kids

This is an hour long class conducted entirely in the downstairs gyms and is by invitation only.  Students asked to participate in Elite Kids show advanced flexibility, strength, and focus for their age and have probably already mastered beginner skills like rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.  They are ready to work on skills and drills that lead into handsprings.  Students graduating from this class will be well-prepared to enter Backhand spring Class.

Beginner Tumbling

For ages 6 & older perfecting the handstand, round off, cartwheel, forward roll, backward roll, bridge, backbend, and back walkovers.

Back handspring

For ages 6 & older working on getting their back handspring, they should have all beginner tumbling skills completed to be in this class, but do not have a back handspring without a spot. This includes round-off backhand spring and standing backhand spring. The focus on this class is the back handspring.

Intermediate

For ages 6 & older working on multiple backhand springs and multiple standing back handsprings. They must be able to do at least one round off backhand spring and one standing backhand spring consistently without a spot and have all beg skills to be in this class.

Back Tuck

For ages 6 & older working on round off back handspring tucks and standing tucks. They should at least be able to do round off two back handsprings in a row without a spot, standing two back handsprings, and have all previous level skills.

Advanced

For ages 6 & older these students are working on all skills after the back tuck is achieved. They should have all previous class skills and will be working on layout, full, and all other skills.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are designed for students that want one on one coaching. Lessons are 30 minutes long and cost $25 for one athlete. When two or more athletes take the same lesson the price is $17.50 for each athlete per half hour. An open gym may be used to makeup a private lesson, otherwise no makeups are allowed.

Trampoline Class

For ages 6 & older. Trampoline class is a fun introduction to trampoline and double mini trampoline. Students will learn trampoline safety as well as beginning to intermediate trampoline tricks. All abilities are welcome to join.

Cheer Motions and Jumps Class

For ages 6 & older working on hand motions and jumps for cheerleading.
